Welcome ceremony of first year UG students was conducted on 24th September 2022 Saturday at Aikara auditorium of the college. The grand ceremony was organized by  AICUF unit of the college in the leadership of Dr (Fr) Biju Joy SJ and Dr. Tinu Antony. All first year UG students along with their parents and all the staff members of the college participated in the function. After the prayer session and three readings from the holy Bible, Bhagavathgeetha and holy Quran, Dr (Fr) Jose Mathew SJ, Manager of the college presided over the formal gathering and lighted the lamp of knowledge and handed over the flame to Principal, Vice-Principals, HoDs and finally to the students. Dr (Fr) V Y Dasappan SJ, Principal of the college inaugurated the function and addressed the gathering. Adv (Fr) Jose Thachil SJ- Bursar of the college, Sri. Pushpadasan- PTA president, Sri. Paulton- parents' representative and Smt. Molly Augustine- Head Accountant felicitated the gathering. Smt. Reshmi Poulose and S/Lt. Rajesh M- Vice principals of the college, delivered welcome address and vote of thanks respectively. The function ended after cultural programmes by second year students.
