Nature Club of St Xavier's College in collaboration with the Dept. of Botany and Biotechnology observed the World Environment Day on 5th June 2024. Organizers arranged a slew of activities for the students such as Poster exhibition, Mimicry, Recitation, Group Song and Green Pledge. Besides, Nature Club organized a photography contest for students with the theme "Nature in the campus".

NCC Naval Cadets distributed vegetable seeds and saplings. As part of the celebration, saplings were also planted in the campus by the College Manager, Bursar, Principal, PTA president, Alumni representative, Heads of the Departments, Co-ordinators of Nature Club, NSS, NCC and student representatives.
