Inauguration of the construction works and the stone laying ceremony of the new Aikara memorial auditorium was conducted on 28th November at the college auditorium. Rev. Fr. M K George SJ(Provincial of Jesuit Kerala province) laid the foundation stone. Adv. (Fr.) Pious Vachaparambil SJ(College Manager), Dr. (Fr.) V.Y Dasappan SJ(Principal), Sri. Jacob Punnoose IPS (former DGP and alumnus of the college), Dr. J Justus(Vice-principal), Mr. P Felix(Kadinamkulam Panchayath President), Mr. M Jaleel(PTA President), Mr. Sheen Jose T(Staff representative) and Mr. Abhiram S Kumar(College union chairman) addressed the gathering.
