AICUF Unit Organizes Leadership Training Program at St. Xavier's College
On July 19th, the AICUF (All India Catholic University Federation) unit of St. Xavier's College conducted a half-day leadership training program for its members. The event, held at the XOS Hall from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., aimed to equip students with essential skills for personal growth and development.
College Principal Dr. Nisha Rani inaugurated the program, urging students to focus on developing vital skills for self-improvement. Mr. Joyal D, a former student of our college and AICUF Full-timer, shared his inspiring journey with AICUF, highlighting how he overcame challenges to achieve success. Dr. Biju Joy, Assistant Professor of Chemistry, led a session on life orientation, emphasizing the importance of vigilance and alertness in today's competitive world.
Co-coordinators Dr. Tony Antony (Physics Department) and Dr. Dominic Joseph (English Department) conducted sessions on communication and leadership. Twenty-five students from various departments attended the program, which concluded with the unit-level election for the upcoming academic year.
This leadership training program was a valuable opportunity for AICUF members to develop their skills and prepare for future challenges.
